Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance or related discipline.
• At least 3 years' experience in a Finance Analyst or similar commercial finance role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, performance reporting and business partnering.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse sales, customer and product performance reports to provide actionable insights.
• Support monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial planning activities for consumer brands.
• Manage rebate analysis, revenue reporting, billing files and reconciliations for accuracy and compliance.
• Review monthly results, including P&L, inventory analysis and stock provisioning.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities and improvements.
• Assist with month-end processes, including journal preparation and reporting deliverables.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our Retail Pharmacy Brands Finance team. In this role, you will provide financial analysis, insights and performance management support across a portfolio of consumer and retail pharmacy brands, helping drive informed business decisions and operational excellence. Partnering closely with finance, accounting and operational stakeholders, you will play a key role in reporting, forecasting, budgeting, inventory analysis and commercial decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working with large datasets, identifying trends, and translating financial information into meaningful business insights.

What you will do

• Prepare and analyse sales, customer and product performance reports to provide actionable business insights.
• Support monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and financial planning activities across a portfolio of consumer products and brands.
• Manage rebate analysis, revenue reporting, billing files and reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Review monthly financial results, including P&L performance, inventory analysis and stock provisioning.
• Partner with operational stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist with month-end processes, including journal preparation, financial analysis and reporting deliverables.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years' experience in a Finance Analyst or similar commercial finance role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in financial modelling, performance reporting and business partnering.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and provide meaningful recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and practical way.
