Job summary

Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd is seeking an AMO Production Planner to support planning of all scheduled maintenance requests from customers and Part 42 organisations. You will ensure maintenance aligns with AMO procedures, matches labour capacity, and is completed on schedule within a collaborative team environment.

The role requires a background in maintenance planning, strong communication, and a proactive approach to improve efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Aircraft line/overnight maintenance operations understanding.
• Aircraft trade certificate or tertiary qualification in an aviation stream.
• Experience in an aircraft maintenance environment in a maintenance planning capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Production Planning process to ensure seamless maintenance event execution and identify required resources.
• Drive continual excellence in safety, compliance, on-time performance and AMO brand values.
• Liaise with stakeholders from Part 145 and Part 42 organisations.
• Continuously seek new ways to meet customer needs and support critical business goals.
• Implement new processes in AMO Production Planning using critical tools to drive long-term change.
