Job summary

Dhelkaya Health is seeking a motivated Grade 1 or 2 Exercise Physiologist to join our Ambulatory Care team. Deliver evidence-based Exercise Physiology across home, hospital and centre settings, providing tailored interventions within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities include assessments, interventions, education for clients and carers, accurate documentation, and participation in professional development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised tertiary degree in Exercise Physiology.
• ESSA full membership required.
• Current Victoria Driver's Licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred Exercise Physiology assessments and interventions.
• Provide services across community, hospital, home, and aged-care settings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal client outcomes.
• Educate clients, families and carers on exercise and health management.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting.
• Participate in clinical supervision and professional development.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
