Job summary

Dhelkaya Health, renowned for a people‑centred approach, seeks a Senior Physiotherapist – Grade 3 to lead ambulatory care services. The role combines advanced physiotherapy with program leadership within outpatient clinics across the catchment.

You will manage a clinical caseload, drive service development, and mentor multidisciplinary teams, contributing to safe, high‑quality care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
• Registration as a Physiotherapist with AHPRA.
• Post graduate qualifications in Hand Therapy and/or Pelvic Health Physiotherapy.
• Post graduate qualifications in health leadership and management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and management within ambulatory care outpatient services.
• Provide clinical and operational leadership to support the effective delivery of outpatient programs.
• Promote evidence-based practice, continuous quality improvement, and person-centred care.
• Support multidisciplinary team development through mentoring, supervision, and professional development initiatives.
• Contribute to workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies.
• Monitor and manage clinical risks while ensuring compliance with professional and organisational standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Support leadership across additional ambulatory care clinics as required.
