Job summary

NLH Workforce is seeking an experienced Fabricator/Welder for ongoing aluminium fabrication work at our workshop. The role emphasizes welding and fabricating aluminium sliding gates and balustrades, with a consistent day shift and opportunities for overtime.

Ideal candidates have welding and fabrication experience, aluminium familiarity, and are confident with workshop machinery. On-site work with competitive pay ($40-$50 per hour) and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience working with aluminium is highly regarded.
• Confident using workshop machinery and fabrication equipment.
• Trade qualifications are an advantage.
• Reliable, safety conscious and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate aluminium sliding gates and balustrades.
• Operate laser welding machines, drop saws and other workshop equipment.
• Measure, cut, assemble and finish fabricated products.
• Read and interpret engineering diagrams.
• Maintain a safe, tidy workshop environment.
