  • Enhance tailored roadmaps, including financial modeling, preparedness assessments, and application support.
  • Liaise with regulators and stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory obligations.
  • Provide ongoing advisory support for clients insured under all available large employer arrangements, including claims governance, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated risk solutions.
  • Maximize brand exposure through regular industry insight articles published on our social media platforms.
  • Identify expansion opportunities in line with changing market conditions and develop service offerings to assist our clients accordingly.
  • Manage key insurer partners and general broking relationships.
  • Onboard major clients into the Workplace Risk practice.
  • Collate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in collaboration with subject matter experts across the national practice.
  • Manage key client programs featuring alternate workers’ compensation arrangements.
  • Develop and execute strategies to further embed solutions and frameworks within the broader Workplace Risk practice

The Requirements

  • Strong technical claims, premium, and self-insurance expertise across all Australasian jurisdictions
  • Experience working across different large employer premium arrangements
  • Experience consulting with jurisdictional workers’ compensation and safety regulators
  • Growth mindset with experience in financial modelling and feasibility analysis
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-suite
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional client relationship skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximise resources effectively to achieve goals
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and self-sufficient
  • Strong organisational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance-driven environment managing multiple deliverables
  • Tertiary education relating to Workers’ Compensation, Injury Management, or Work Health & Safety will be highly regarded
  • Education or training specific to sales, negotiations, or client relationship management will be highly regarded
  • If you believe you have the skills and passion for this role but don't meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We'd love to have a conversation and see if you could be a great fit for our team.
