Job summary

Optimum Health Solutions – Batemans Bay NSW is seeking a dedicated Allied Health Assistant for a full-time clinic role. You’ll support clinicians across multiple disciplines to deliver therapy programs for children and adults, while growing your skills under supervision.

Ideal candidates bring experience in healthcare or disability settings and a commitment to person-centred care. A driver’s licence and background checks are required; residents of Australia are eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting allied health clinicians in healthcare, disability or community settings.
• Strong understanding of person-centred care and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency.

If you're a new grad or an experienced Allied Health Assistant, there's room to grow here. If you're coming from teaching, childcare, health or disability support, your experience counts too.
