Job summary

Robinvale District Health Services in Robinvale, Victoria, is seeking a motivated and compassionate Allied Health Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. You will support our multidisciplinary Allied Health professionals and help clients achieve their health and wellbeing goals in a regional health service.

Under supervision, you will assist with client care and rehabilitation programs, help clients with mobility and daily living activities, maintain therapy spaces and records, and

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assisting Allied Health professionals in the delivery of client care and rehabilitation programs
• Supporting clients with mobility, self-care and daily living activities
• Setting up, maintaining and cleaning therapy equipment and treatment areas
• Providing administrative support to the Allied Health team
• Participating in client assessments and goal setting (under supervision)
• Educating and supporting clients and their families/carers
• Maintaining accurate client records and documentation

About the Role
