Qualifications

• Queensland Health systems and CIMHA experience where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to assessment, care planning and therapeutic support for clients experiencing alcohol and other drug-related challenges, working alongside a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care and ensure seamless service delivery.
