Labourforce is seeking experienced All-Round Storepeople / High Reach Forklift Operators for day shift in Rosehill. Excellent opportunity for ongoing work in a safety-focused warehouse environment with overtime options.

Role involves operating high-reach forklifts, putaways, loading/unloading, inbound receipting, stock checks, and general warehouse duties. Must have LF Forklift Licence and 2+ years’ warehousing experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LF Forklift Licence.
• High Reach forklift experience is essential.
• Experience with 6-7 bay high racking is required.
• Minimum 2 years in a warehousing/logistics role.
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate High Reach Forklifts (Crown/Hyundai) safely.
• Perform putaways and stock replenishments.
• Load and unload trucks as required.
• Inbound receipting and stock check-off.
• Conduct inventory investigations and stock rotation.
• Carry out general warehouse duties as needed.
• Operate Electric Pallet Jacks and pallet wrapping machines.
• Utilise RF scanning system (preferred).
• Undertake ad-hoc warehouse tasks as required.

Location: Rosehill
Industry: Packaging Warehouse
Pay Rate: $38 per hour + Penalties
Hours: Monday to Friday | 7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm / overtime also available

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and reliable All-Round Storepersons / High Reach Forklift Operators to join the day shift inbound team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work within a well-organised, safety-focused warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe operation of High Reach Forklifts (Crown / Hyundai)
• Putaways and stock replenishments
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Inbound receipting and stock check-off
• Inventory investigations and stock rotation
• General warehouse duties as required
• Operation of Electric Pallet Jacks

Essential Requirements (Applicants must meet all criteria)

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• High Reach forklift experience - essential
• Experience working with 6-7 bay high racking
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar warehousing/logistics role
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
• Reliable transport
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and work ethic
• Flexibility with working hours

Pre-Employment Requirements

All successful applicants will be required to complete a Pre-Employment Medical, including a Drug & Alcohol test, conducted onsite by our Occupational Nurse.
