We are seeking an experienced All-on-X Treatment Coordinator to join our high‑performing surgical dental team. This role is central to guiding patients through complex full‑arch implant treatment, supporting case acceptance, and delivering an exceptional patient experience throughout the All‑on‑X journey.

About the Role

As the All‑on‑X Treatment Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients considering or undergoing full‑arch implant treatment. You will work closely with implant surgeons, prosthodontists, and the clinical team to ensure patients fully understand their treatment, timelines, and financial options.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and explain All‑on‑X treatment plans with clarity, empathy, and confidence
• Guide patients through complex surgical and restorative workflows
• Discuss fees, staged payments, and finance options professionally and transparently
• Coordinate treatment scheduling across surgical and prosthetic phases
• Conduct follow‑ups to support informed decision‑making and case acceptance
• Act as the liaison between clinicians, nursing staff, and front office teams
• Maintain accurate documentation, consents, and treatment records
• Deliver a high‑touch, premium patient experience aligned with complex care

About You

• Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Implant Coordinator, or senior dental admin in an All‑on‑X or implant‑focused practice
• Strong understanding of full‑arch implant dentistry workflows
• High emotional intelligence and ability to support patients making significant health and financial decisions
• Confident discussing high‑value treatment plans and finance solutions
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Calm, professional, and patient‑centric under pressure
• Experience with dental practice management software essential
