Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing your PhD or Master degree in math, physics, statistics, AI, software engineer, computer science or related engineering field.
• Solid knowledge in at least one of the following areas: machine learning, deep learning, LLM, agent, causal inference.
• Familiar with the at least one of the data-centric domains: recommendation, generation, ab testing.
• Great communication skill and ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven passion about solving real problems.
• Basic knowledge about algorithm development, deployment and serving.
• Previous experience in tech companies as the related role.
• Trackable academic achievement in recent 3 years.
