Job summary

Aje Collective in Sydney is seeking a Full Time Stylist for our Rosebery Outlet boutique to provide impeccable service and deliver a personalized shopping experience.

You will educate customers on sustainable fabrics, act as a brand ambassador, and contribute to visual merchandising while building lasting relationships and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
• Love building lasting relationships with repeat customers.
• Understanding and achieving performance indicators in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience and a proven track record of understanding and achieving performance indicators in a customer-facing environment.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Providing impeccable customer service to all customers.
• Creating a personalised shopping experience by educating on fabrics, features, fit, and functionality of the product.
• Acting as a brand ambassador driven by your love for the brand.
• Visual merchandising, stocking, and restocking shelves.
• Processing sales accurately through cash handling and the POS (point of sale) system.
• Utilising our sales techniques to drive sales and be motivated by meeting budget.
• Becoming a part of the team, including getting up to speed on the products and brand, contributing to our positive team culture whilst working well alongside your co-workers.

• Providing impeccable customer service to all customers
