BGIS Global Integrated Solutions Canada – Mascot NSW is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support maintenance service requests at Mascot Airport. This full-time, on-site role operates within the aviation precinct and reports to the National Operations Centre in Adelaide.

The ideal candidate will have call centre or operations centre experience, CMMS familiarity, and strong communication skills to maintain clear, timely updates and keep records accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service centre, call centre or operations centre.
• Experience using CMMS or service management platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles.
• Professional telephone manner with good listening and questioning skills.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls, emails, and service requests from clients and stakeholders.
• Log and manage maintenance requests using CMMS platforms.
• Interpret requests within service levels and timelines.
• Provide timely updates on work orders and progress.
• Coordinate with service providers and Facilities Managers to resolve issues.
