Job summary

Voyages Tourism Australia Pty Ltd at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT seeks an Airport Cleaner to maintain the terminal, lounges and facilities, living on site. A full Australian driver licence or ability to obtain an NT licence is required, with a strong emphasis on detail in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate cleaners like vacuums and carpet cleaners, report maintenance issues, and work as part of a team to ensure safety and cleanliness at the airport.

Qualifications

• Full Australian Driver Licence or ability to obtain NT licence.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar cleaning role is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of internal & external areas of airport including lounge, bathrooms, hallways, footpaths, and rubbish bins.
• Operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, blowers, and carpet cleaners in a safe manner.
• Report maintenance issues as they arise.

Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Airport Cleaner to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking an individual with excellent attention to detail and who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment (previous experience in a similar role is a bonus!). In this role you will maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the terminal, including the restrooms, waiting areas, and other facilities.

This role requires a Full Australian Licence or the ability to obtain a Full Northern Territory Driver Licence.

Key Duties

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned internal & external areas of Airport including lounge, bathrooms, hallways, footpaths, rubbish bins.
• Operate machinery required for cleaning in a safe manner i.e., blowers, carpet cleaners, vacuums
• Ensure all maintenance issues are reported.
