BP Airport in Bundaberg is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver quick, friendly service while handling fuel, food and coffee sales.

The role offers 30-40 hours per fortnight with day, afternoon and occasional 3am start shifts; includes weekends and public holidays, POS cash handling, stock checks and ensuring a safe, clean work area.

Retail experience is welcome but not essential; you should be a motivated team player with strong communication and reliability.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service as well as delivering quality food, fuel and coffee.
• Provide quick, efficient and polite service at all times to have our customers returning to the site.
• Promote products and promotions in store.
• Food preparation and food handling.
• Use the point of sale system and cash handling duties.
• Ensuring stock levels are maintained and maintaining a safe environment at all times.
