Atturra is seeking a Director of AI Transformation to advise senior leaders on AI strategy, operating models, governance, and adoption. You will guide clients from ideation to value realisation, leading complex engagements and building trusted relationships.
This strategic consulting role focuses on client value, delivery leadership, and AI-enabled transformation. It is not hands-on engineering or data science work.
Qualifications
- 10+ years' consulting, transformation, or related experience in complex environments.
- Experience leading large-scale engagements with delivery, quality, commercial management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to develop business cases, value frameworks, and measurable transformation outcomes.
- Experience shaping AI, digital, or emerging technology initiatives from strategy through adoption.
- Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, privacy, risk, and regulatory considerations.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI strategy and transformation engagements aligned with client objectives.
- Advise on AI operating models, governance, and adoption strategies.
- Shape AI use cases, develop business cases, and guide investment decisions.
- Define AI-ready data, architecture, and governance foundations with clients.
- Lead workshops, executive briefings, and board-level presentations.
