Hyphen Connect is seeking an AI Safety Specialist to strengthen the safety and robustness of language models on the Central Coast, NSW.

You will conduct adversarial testing, implement guardrails for autonomous tool use, and contribute to RLHF alignment initiatives as part of the AI Engineering team.

Qualifications

• Background in cybersecurity, prompt engineering, or adversarial ML.
• Experience with jailbreak taxonomies and automated red-teaming frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset for identifying edge cases.
