Responsibilities

• Drive research and analysis including industry/market research, technology landscape assessments, process analysis, data interpretation, benchmarking and opportunity identification.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate research while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
• Translate business problems into actionable insights and develop evidence-based recommendations for clients.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and deliverables; facilitate workshops and discovery sessions.
• Document requirements, support strategic assessments and roadmap development, and evaluate technology options and transformation opportunities.
• Apply AI to enhance delivery by developing repeatable prompts and validating AI outputs for accuracy.
• Review work products for accuracy, structure, and client-readiness; identify gaps and risks before sharing with clients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing reusable frameworks and methodologies.
