Job summary

eToro Australia and Spaceship seeks a Product Builder to shape end-to-end fintech experiences with strong product judgment, technical chops, and customer empathy. You will prototype with AI tools, collaborate across engineering, design, risk & compliance, operations, marketing, and support, and own initiatives from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from idea to delivery: problem framing, business case, solution design, execution, and success metrics.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Risk & Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Support.
• Use AI tools to prototype rapidly and accelerate delivery.
• Build or contribute to prototypes, proofs-of-concept, and production-ready improvements.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear direction, user flows, and delivery artefacts.
• Balance customer needs, commercial priorities, technical complexity, and regulatory obligations.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders and build genuine alignment across teams.
