Job summary

A local government organization in Victoria is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to join its Business Transformation team. Temporary Full Time - 12 months duration from start date (with flexible hours)

Band 7 - $108,545.62 + super + RDO (RDO applicable for full-time 38 hours per week only)

About The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Yarra City Council’s Business Transformation team and play a hands‑on role in enabling the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence across the organisation. The AI Enablement Specialist works at the intersection of strategy and delivery, helping translate Council’s AI Strategy into practical initiatives, pilots and capability uplift that deliver real value for staff, services and the community.

This may include AI pilot delivery, stakeholder engagement, governance and risk alignment, capability uplift activities, benefits tracking and continuous improvement.
