Job summary

Simpro Group is seeking a Senior UX Designer to raise the design bar across the product organisation. You’ll own and evolve the design system and component library, setting the standards that product managers and engineers use when building UI.

Lead user research initiatives, partner with product and engineering on cross‑product features, prototype quickly with AI, and coach designers to elevate practice in the AI era.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in B2B, B2C or SaaS.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking.
• Hands-on experience with AI design and prototyping tools.
• Confident in running your own research from recruitment to synthesis.
• Ability to discuss code with engineers and contribute where needed.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve design system and component library to scale across products.
• Define UX guidelines, principles, and governance frameworks.
• Lead user research initiatives and translate findings into product direction.
• Partner with product and engineering on cross‑product features and trade-offs.
• Prototype and validate new concepts quickly in AI‑accelerated cycles.
• Coach and mentor designers and evolve practices for AI age.
• Take concepts from wireframes to production designs and into code when needed.
