Job summary

ServiceNow in Australia is seeking a senior B2B marketer to own ABM programs across ANZ. You’ll manage government, financial services and large enterprise accounts with multi-stakeholder, procurement-heavy cycles, building durable, strategic relationships.

Partnering with sales leadership, you will map buying groups, design targeted campaigns and multi-year ABM plans, and leverage AI to sharpen targeting and personalisation at scale, while turning strategy into assets with design and agencies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B marketing and/or sales experience in high-tech or enterprise software.
• 5+ years specifically in account-based or territory-based marketing.
• Proven track record partnering with senior sales leadership on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Deep understanding of buying-group methodology and data-driven account planning.
• Executive-level communication skills and comfortable reporting on account and pipeline performance.
• Experience running ABM programs in procurement-heavy environments (government/defence/regulated financial services).
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Dynamics and pipeline analytics.
• Ability to use AI tools to sharpen targeting and personalize engagement at scale.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute account-specific pipeline programs for ANZ deals.
• Map stakeholders, identify gaps, and craft marketing moments to move deals.
• Develop and own multi-year ABM plans aligned with sales and regional leadership.
• Create and maintain account profiles, personas, and contact databases.
