Job summary

Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist for Physics and Engineering in APAC. You will serve as the forward-deployed operator for strategic enterprise accounts across automotive, aerospace, semiconductors, and energy, delivering AI solutions end-to-end from discovery to adoption.

You will own ROI models, roadmap design, and coordination with Product, Science, and Engineering teams, while managing trust with C-level stakeholders and driving value realization.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in physics or engineering (or IT) required.
• 5+ years of experience as a technical project manager in relevant industries (e.g., automotive, aerospace, semiconductors).
• Hands-on coding with Python and ability to read design docs and engage with data scientists and ML engineers.
• Strong understanding of where AI adds value in computational science (surrogate models, PDE solvers, differentiable simulation).
• Familiarity with deployment patterns (SaaS, VPC, on-prem, hybrid) and basic security/compliance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Run technical discovery sessions to understand business and engineering requirements.
• Translate business goals into an AI roadmap and high-level solution architecture.
• Own end-to-end delivery from discovery to adoption across APAC accounts.
• Drive governance, decision forums, milestones, and risk management.
• Lead user testing, training, change management, and value realization.
