Job summary

Firmus Technologies is seeking a Project Manager – Capital Projects for the Tailem Bend site in South Australia. You will lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale capital project, coordinating consultants, vendors, and construction activities to meet scope, cost, and schedule targets.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will drive design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, while maintaining safety standards and ensuring timely stakeholder communication across our

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large capital projects, preferably in data centres, energy or industrial infra.
• Strong programme and cost control capabilities with scheduling, forecasting and change control.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Tailem Bend project from gateway approval to handover to operations, on time, on budget and to required safety and quality standards.
• Manage each project phase: feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Own the project programme and budget with regular reporting to the Senior Project Manager.
• Coordinate design development, procurement, construction and commissioning activities and manage changes and RFI processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and regulatory requirements.
