Job summary

Latrobe Regional Health seeks an AI Data Analyst to design and apply AI/ML solutions across the Gippsland Health Alliance. The role blends ETL, data modelling and reporting with predictive modelling and NLP for health analytics.

You will work on BI and data warehouse projects, using SQL and Python/R to deliver insights while ensuring privacy and legislative compliance. The role is a full-time ongoing appointment within LRH in Gippsland.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering BI and reporting solutions in medium to large enterprises.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data warehousing concepts and ETL design.
• Experience applying AI/ML to real-world data and reporting problems.

Responsibilities

• Investigate business, clinical and operational issues and design AI-based solutions.
• Support data pipelines, reporting platforms and AI/ML tools.
• Maintain BI systems and data warehouses and ensure data compliance.
• Provide high-level training and documentation for data models and AI solutions.
• Collaborate with health agency stakeholders and manage incidents and changes.
