Job summary

Magneto IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a junior AI analyst to document current processes across sales, estimation, project delivery and account management. You will identify automation opportunities using AI tools and workflows, and support pilots for proposal drafting, requirement summarisation and client reporting.

The role requires hands-on use of Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot, plus strong analytical skills and clear English communication. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree (or final-year student) in IT, CS, IS, Data, Commerce, or related field.
• Hands-on use of generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

About Us

• Document current-state processes across sales, estimation, project delivery and account management, and note pain points.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or automate work using AI tools, workflow automation, and better ways of working.
• Support pilots of AI use cases such as proposal and estimate drafting, requirement summarisation, QA support, documentation and client reporting.
• Write and refine prompts, test AI outputs for accuracy and quality, and record what works and what does not.
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and turn them into simple process maps, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Help prioritise use cases by business value, effort, risk and impact on clients and the team.
• Build simple reports and dashboards to track adoption, time saved and outcomes.
• Collect user feedback, support team training, and help adopt new tools and workflows.
• Follow responsible AI practices: protect client data and confidentiality, and flag privacy, security,
  and accuracy risks early.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, solution architects, and client-facing teams.

Requirements

• Degree (or final-year student) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, Commerce, or a related field.
• Hands-on use of generative AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot), whether through study, projects, or personal use.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Clear written and spoken English; comfortable communicating with international clients and
  teammates.
• Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, and basic comfort with data and reporting.
• A structured, curious approach and willingness to learn quickly.
• Basic understanding of prompt design and how to evaluate AI outputs.
