Job summary

Ideagen is seeking an experienced AI Adoption Manager to guide trial customers through onboarding, product adoption and value realization. The role sits in Customer Success, focusing on converting free-trial users to paid customers and communicating AI use cases across EHS, Quality and Compliance.

The position is hybrid in Sydney, offering collaboration with Product and Commercial teams and a focus on driving successful adoption of Ideagen's AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of free-trial customers from activation through conversion.
• Deliver onboarding sessions, check-ins, demos, and workflow walkthroughs.
• Help customers understand practical AI use cases within areas such as EHS, Quality, and Compliance.
• Monitor trial health and identify at-risk accounts.
• Share customer insights with Product and Commercial teams.
• Partner with Sales on customer handover and commercial discussion.
