Zusammenfassung

CBRE Pacific is seeking a hands-on AI adoption specialist to support the rollout of the AI strategy across Operations, Digital & Technology, Legal and Compliance in Sydney. You will be on the ground, running sessions, writing communications and embedding the change with business teams.

This permanent, full-time, hybrid role partners with Pacific's senior leaders to drive practical AI adoption, organize events and knowledge-sharing, and remove barriers to ensure real impact.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience running programs that get people doing something new, not just aware of it.
• Strong writer, you can make a complex tool feel simple and a dry announcement feel worth reading.
• Comfortable running events, workshops and hackathons with energy and structure.
• Experience with AI or technology rollouts in a large organisation is highly regarded.
• A self-starter who gets on with it.

The Opportunity

CBRE Pacific has an ambitious AI roadmap. This role makes it real. You will be the person on the ground, supporting the adoption strategy, delivering sessions, writing the communications, sitting with business teams to understand what's working and fixing what isn't. Less steering committee, more sleeves rolled up.

You will work with the business and across Operations, Digital & Technology, Legal and Compliance connecting the AI strategy to the people who need to live it every day.
