Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking multiple HR-licensed drivers to operate Agitator Trucks from various sites in WA. You will deliver concrete, provide top customer service, and be the face of the company on every shift.

Typical days start early, with up to 10 hours per day and 50–55 hours weekly. Overtime rules apply, along with a 10-day training program and a focus on safety and presentation of your vehicle.

Qualifications

• HR license required with driving experience preferred.
• Enjoy meeting people and chatting onsite.
• Variety in your working life and no two days are the same.
• Pride in the appearance of the truck and its presentation.
• Keep the vehicle clean and present the company well.
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol test.
• Some trucks have weight limits; may need to be under specified weight.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concrete using Agitator trucks across multiple sites.
• Provide high levels of customer service on every delivery.
• Be the face of Heidelberg Materials Australia on site.
• Follow safety procedures and company routing/tech tools.
• Work up to 50–55 hours per week with possible overtime.
