Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking an HR-licensed driver to operate a concrete agitator truck at the Colac plant. You’ll deliver concrete daily, uphold customer service standards, and safely manage loads across various sites from Colac.

This role provides ongoing training and is part of a national construction materials group. You will work Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays, earning $29.93 per hour plus penalties and super, with weekly pay, uniforms and PPE supplied, and career

Qualifications

• Must hold a current HR Licence (essential).
• Construction White Card or willingness to obtain before starting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a concrete agitator truck.
• Complete multiple deliveries throughout the day.
• Provide outstanding customer service at delivery sites.
• Maintain a professional and clean vehicle presentation.
• Use onboard technology for route planning, load tracking and safety compliance.

Full-time opportunity for an HR-licensed driver to operate concrete agitator trucks from the Colac plant

Driving a concrete agitator truck with Heidelberg Materials Australia is about more than getting from A to B. As an Agi Driver, you'll be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service while safely transporting concrete to a variety of customer sites. Every day brings something different, making this a rewarding and varied role.

About the Role

• Location: Colac Concrete Plant, Victoria
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Hours: Monday to Friday, plus rostered Saturdays
• Pay Rate: $29.93 per hour, paid weekly, plus penalties, allowances and superannuation
• Training: Comprehensive 10-day Agi Driver training program with ongoing buddy support

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current HR Licence (essential), with previous HR driving experience preferred.
• A valid Construction White Card , or the willingness to obtain one before commencing.

• A positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Pride in maintaining a clean and professional vehicle.
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
