Qualifications

• Current HR licence held and valid.

• Experience operating HR/Heavy vehicles in quarrying or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate HR tipper trucks.
• Deliver quarry products to customer sites across Victoria and surrounding regions.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Load, transport and unload quarry materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and site personnel.
• Adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and road transport regulations.
• Maintain Heidelberg Materials' high standards of safety, compliance and professionalism.

About the Role

Reporting to the Quarry Manager, you will:

• Safely operate HR tipper trucks
• Deliver quarry products to customer sites across Victoria and surrounding regions
• Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
• Load, transport and unload quarry materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and site personnel
• Adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and road transport regulations
• Maintain Heidelberg Materials' high standards of safety, compliance and professionalism

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence
• A strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and reliable work ethic
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience operating heavy vehicles in a transport, quarrying, construction, or related environment
