Job summary

Hy-Tec currently has an opportunity for a Heavy Vehicle Driver (Agitator) to join our Coolum fleet on a permanent full-time basis. Based at Coolum, you will load and deliver premixed concrete to customer sites, ensuring safe handling and timely service.

The role includes training on agitator operations and pre-mixed concrete delivery. You will meet diverse customers, maintain vehicle standards, and contribute to a supportive, safety-first team culture.

Qualifications

• Current HR driver's licence and ability to provide licence history.
• Positive work ethic and integrity; able to work self-directed.
• Reliable team player with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Concrete or construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premixed concrete to clients' sites.
• Manage concrete slump tolerance and discharge.
• Complete basic documentation and records.
• Develop positive customer relationships and communication.
• Maintain a clean, well‑presented truck and equipment.
