What you need to become our newest Agile Trainer

• You can inject energy into any room and ensure that your participants leave the training excited to make positive change.
• You will deliver Elabor8 courses and other training courses as you become certified to do so.
• Mentor and coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and tools.
• Conduct workshops, simulations, and real-world exercises to reinforce Agile concepts.
• Stay updated with the latest Agile trends and best practices to continuously improve training delivery.
• You’re a certified trainer who has background experience in Agile, tooling and leadership training.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Canberra, Australia, or be willing to travel to Canberra as required.
• Minimum of 5 years as an Agile Trainer.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire learners at all levels and in all types of organisations.
• ICAgile Authorised Instructor, SPC, PST, AKT or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience with tooling training such as JIRA or Trello is a bonus.
