Job summary

TikTok is seeking a project intern to join the Global Business Solutions team. You will engage in long-term projects, learn on the job in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to offline activations, sales materials, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include event operations, sales support, and monetization-focused data analysis. The role requires a 3-day minimum weekly commitment for at least 6 months, with a hands-on, collaborative learning culture.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor degree or above in management, statistics, economics, computer science, economics and trade, advertising, foreign languages and other related disciplines.
• Solid communication, project management and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data management tools.
• Self-motivated, fast-learning, collaborative, curious and detail-oriented.
• Available to start asap, commit to at least 6 months and work minimum 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing and organizing on-site preparations for offline activations and events with cross-functional teams.
• Support sales and client management; prepare sales and education materials for agency and client engagements; research competitors' advertising activities.
• Help with ad operation troubleshooting, including appealing rejected ads and submitting tickets.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting; build real-time dashboards for agent advertising spending; analyze performance by country, industry and product dimension.
