Job summary

Kirinari Aged Care is recruiting experienced Aged & Home Care Workers to help older Australians stay independent, connected and safe in their own homes. You will provide domestic assistance, personal care, meal preparation and transport, while building meaningful relationships with clients.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in aged care or community care, strong communication skills, and hold a valid driver licence with a reliable insured vehicle.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in aged care, home care or community care.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Current Driver Licence and a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Current First Aid & CPR and National Police Check.
• NDIS Worker Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide domestic assistance to maintain independence.
• Deliver personal care and support with daily activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with transport to appointments.
• Support shopping, errands and community participation.
• Offer social support and companionship to clients.
