About the role

As a Care Worker supporting clients in the Kirrawee NSW and surrounding areas, you will be part providingquality care and support to clients in their own homes.

You may assist with a range of tasks pertaining to household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport to name a few. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.

What do we need from you?

You will be a fluent speaker in English and in addition to home services, be willing to provide weekly social support in a group community setting.

  • You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance to transport clients.
  • You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience. You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
  • You will have aValid NDIS Worker Screening Check : A current NDIS Worker Screening Check is required to ensure the candidate is eligible to work with individuals in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
  • You will have avalid police check clearance
  • You will haveCurrent Certifications in CPR and First Aid
