About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker , you’ll deliver exceptional, person-centred care to clients with Autism and complex behaviours. Your day-to-day will include :

Assisting with daily living tasks like personal hygiene and grooming.

• Providing transportation and companionship for appointments, shopping, and social outings.
• Supporting clients in achieving their NDIS goals, promoting independence and inclusion around the Campbelltown area.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience with challenging behaviours, including Acquired Brain Injury and Autism.
• Background in intellectual disabilities and complex care.
• Training in restrictive practices and top-notch communication skills.
• A current driver’s licence, your own car, and a passion for empowering others.
