Job summary

Monash Health in Clayton, VIC is seeking an Allied Health Assistant Grade 3 to join the Aged & Community Care program. The role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time arrangements and opportunities to work across Kingston and Dandenong sites, delivering client-centred care to older adults in community and inpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV Allied Health Assistance completed and minimum of three years working Allied Health Assistant experience (full-time equivalent).
• Experience working with adults in inpatient, rehabilitation or community settings (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group-based interventions in centre-based and home settings.
• Work under delegation and supervision of Allied Health Professionals to support client care goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
