Job summary

Crewe Sharp is hiring Personal Care Workers for full-time roles on the Sunshine Coast. You will provide compassionate support to residents in aged care facilities, assisting with daily living activities and mobility while ensuring dignity and privacy.

Successful applicants will have a Certificate III in Individual Support, police check, and current First Aid/CPR. Vaccinations and NDIS checks may be required as part of ongoing compliance and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Personal Care) is required.
• Current Australian Federal Police Check is required.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate is required.
• Current Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations (incl. booster) are required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain is required.
• Genuine empathy, professionalism and commitment to person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities.
• Assist with hygiene, mobility and general wellbeing.
• Observe and report changes to senior clinical staff.
• Maintain resident privacy, dignity and respect.
• Collaborate with a professional care team.
