Job summary

This role offers a local role with flexible hours across day, evening, or weekend shifts, in-house training, and the chance to make a meaningful difference for seniors and people living with a disability.

Qualifications

• Must have a big heart and genuine desire to help seniors and their families.
• Be personable, compassionate and able to build relationships.
• Must be located within Berrigan and willing to travel a reasonable distance.
• Must be available Monday to Friday for at least 3 days from 7am onwards.
• Must have laptop/tablet and a mobile phone to use care apps.
• Must hold a valid Australian open driver license, with a reliable car and comprehensive insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily tasks support, companionship and home care in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care, meal prep, medication reminders and transport arrangements.
• Maintain respectful, kind communication and adapt to each client’s routines.

• Must have a valid Australian open driver license, access to a reliable car, and have comprehensive car insurance.
