Qualificações

• Clinically strong with evidence-based care
• Experienced in resident assessments, care planning and documentation that meets regulatory standards
• Proactive in addressing clinical issues and contributing to a safe, responsive care environment
• Articulate communicator who collaborates with stakeholders to deliver seamless person-centred care
• Committed to excellence and continual practice improvements
• Empathetic and kind, treating residents and families with respect
• Values-driven, upholding dignity, respect and compassion
• Team-focused and supportive of colleagues
• Emotionally intelligent, understanding residents' needs and fears
• Current AHPRA Registration (Division 1 RN)
• Minimum of one year RN experience in aged care
