• Plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based nursing care with the MDT to optimise outcomes.
• Develop self-confidence, critical thinking and clinical competence as part of the grad role.
• Facilitate practical and theoretical learning opportunities for nurses in training.

Responsibilities

• Submit preferences for allocation before the Graduate transition program ends.
• Maintain relationships with the health care team through communication, rapport-building and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Deliver resident-focused care in a supportive regional setting.
