South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Acute Aged Care Unit at Campbelltown Hospital. The role offers Permanent Full Time, Part Time (up to 24 hours) or Casual contracts with visa opportunities where applicable, and includes a salary packaging option and Superannuation.

The successful candidate will provide compassionate, patient-centered care, monitor patients, assist with interventions, support activities of daily living, and contribute to care

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients and deliver safe, evidence-based care in the Acute Aged Care Unit.
• Assist with clinical interventions and monitoring of vital signs.
• Support activities of daily living and daily living tasks for residents.
• Contribute to care planning and discharge processes.
