Talent Quarter is seeking Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses for flexible casual agency opportunities in the Newcastle region. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, conduct clinical assessments, and administer medications within regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration is required for practice.
• Minimum 6 months' recent experience in Australian aged care.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check current or willingness to obtain.
• Current National Police Check.
• Evidence of up-to-date vaccinations as required by clients.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Excellent communication skills and empathy in aged care.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to aged care residents.
• Conduct clinical assessments and monitor residents' health.
• Administer medications in accordance with legislative and organisational requirements.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Respond confidently to clinical changes and emergencies.
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care to residents and families.
