Qualifikationen

• AHPRA registered nurse (Enrolled or Registered).
• Compassionate, caring and supportive nature.
• Empathetic towards the aged and good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in Residential Aged Care and clinical documentation practice (care planning/evaluation).
• Organised with excellent time management and commitment to clinical excellence.

• Provide resident-centred nursing care in a residential aged care setting.
• Maintain and document care planning and evaluations.
• Be flexible with shifts to support residents and contribute to governance and quality of care.
