Qualifications

• Active AHPRA registration
• Registered Nurse with RN qualifications
• Aged Care experience preferred
• Experience with ACFI and accreditation requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership to staff and ensure compliance with legislative requirements to deliver high-quality care
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
• Multitask, prioritise, delegate and manage the delegation process to achieve timely, quality outcomes
