You will perform consumer-centred assessments, deliver reablement and restorative interventions, and provide evidence-based pain management and equipment safety assessments in a multidisciplinary setting.

Applicants must hold a recognised tertiary degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy, be AHPRA registered, have full working rights in Australia, and complete the NDIS Worker
