Job summary

Uniting AgeWell Limited in Latrobe seeks a passionate Physiotherapist to join our Allied Health team. You will deliver focused home-based and centre-based services to older clients (65+) through CHSP, HCP, and private referrals, with strong clinical supervision and multidisciplinary support.

You must hold a recognised physiotherapy degree, current AHPRA registration, and be able to work autonomously within our values-based, not-for-profit organisation offering above-award rates, salary

Qualifications

Recognised tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy.
Current registration with AHPRA.
Experience in Community Aged Care with 65+ clients.
Ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload.
Australian working rights and ability to pass a national police clearance.
Thrive in a team and align with BEST values.

Responsibilities

Provide focused home-based and centre-based physiotherapy for 65+ clients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and Practice Leads.
