Job summary
St Vincent's Care Corinda is seeking a Living Support Partner to provide direct care to residents and support daily living activities. You will work as part of a caring household team, following care plans and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications include Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care, dementia care experience preferred, and suitability checks. The role offers consistent rosters, supportive team environment, and opportunities within St Vincent's network.
Qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential.
- 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience (dementia experience) highly regarded.
- Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Partner with residents to support daily routine, lifestyle and choices.
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
